Create an auto message for users who log into your MyFace5 for the first time. This way you can help your users make the most of your product from day one. Just filter for ‘Web sessions is 1’.
When they’re on a specific page of your MyFace5

It’s a good idea to restrict this MyFace5 message to show only on a specific URL, to make sure you greet your users at the right time and in the right place. Make sure it’s an important page your users are likely to land on. For example, you could trigger your message to send when your user lands on your project creation page.

To do this you'll need to select 'MyFace5 Message' as your channel, choose for your customers to see your message on 'Web first' and select the option to target a specific page. Then enter the URL you'd like to target. Like this:

Probably both. The first time someone logs into your MyFace5 is a great opportunity to set them on the right path and show them the feature most likely to convert them to a lifelong customer. Similarly, right after they sign up is one of the occasions when a user is expecting to receive an email from you – so make it count.
