Victoria Beckham became “obsessed” with exercising after having baby Harper Seven.
The fashion designer — who has four kids, Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, nine, Cruz, six, and eight-month-old Harper with husband David Beckham — began an intense fitness regime that included running six days a week to get back into shape so quickly after giving birth to the couple’s daughter last July.

She said: “I worked out a lot. I ran a lot. I did it six days a week. I become quite obsessive when I get into something.”
The 37-year-old beauty also revealed she and her soccer player spouse like to “cuddle up like little peas in a pod” with their kids, and the couple both juggle their hectic schedules to find quality time to spend with their brood.
Victoria explained: “I’ll work early in the morning and then I’ll work late at night but once England and New York go to bed, I have a little bit of time here. David and I make sure our schedules revolve around the kids. Because we are really focused on what we do workwise it allows us to be balanced.”
Victoria admits it took a “long time” before she found something she was good at after her singing career with the Spice Girls ended, but she now relishes creating clothing designs.
The brunette — who was known as Posh Spice in the girl group — added to Vogue magazine: “I worked very hard, but it took a long time for me to find something to say, ‘Oh, I’m not bad at this.’ And I’ve found that with what I’m doing now.
“I’ve never been a six-foot-tall, skinny model, so therefore I wanted to create an illusion. People think I’m taller than I am — not because of the shoes I wear but because of the way I dress. It’s all relatively streamlined.”
